Fluffy, buttery, and soft!!
¼ c butter
2 c Bisquick
½ c sour cream
½ c 7-up
Heat oven to 450°F. Place butter in 9” x 9” baking pan and place in oven until butter is melted. Meanwhile, mix Bisquick and sour cream in bowl until mixture is crumbly. Stir in 7-up. Makes a soft dough. Turn onto counter sprinkled with additional Bisquick and pat flat. Cut using round biscuit cutter and place in buttered pan. Flip once to coat tops with butter. Bake 8-12 minutes or until golden. Brush with additional butter.
