Ugly, but brilliant!! LOL!
1 lb. bacon
1 c brown sugar
Place wire rack on foil-covered baking sheet. Coat both sides of bacon in brown sugar. Lay bacon on wire rack. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Flip bacon and cook another 5 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with additional brown sugar. Return to oven to cook a final 5-10 minutes or until browned and crisp.
