Fry Sauce

I get the feeling that a lot of people haven’t been properly introduced to fry sauce. If you happen to be one of those people, then I’d like you to meet fry sauce, a brilliant combination of ketchup and mayonnaise that is a perfect condiment to fried potatoes or onions. You’ll look back on this day fondly, so glad you were introduced to my friend, fry sauce.

1/3 c ketchup
2/3 c mayonnaise
(Essentially one part ketchup, two parts mayonnaise.)

Mix ketchup and mayonnaise together in a bowl until well-blended. Serve with French fries, onion rings, or tater tots.

If you want a spunkier version, substitute barbecue sauce for ketchup.
