This honey butter is so smooth, sweet and creamy. The secret? Powdered sugar. Which really makes it more like frosting, but we won’t complain about that, right? This is the kind of recipe that you wish you knew about sooner but are glad to at least know about now. It’s eyes-roll-back-in-your-head good!!
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup powdered sugar
Beat ingredients until creamy. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve on warm bread, rolls, scones, cornbread, etc.
