Hot cocoa… strawberry style. It has butter in it so it is a “yes” from me!
4 T butter
1/2 c sugar
2 c strawberry ice cream
2-3 c milk
whipping cream, optional
sprinkles, optional
In saucepan, melt butter over medium/low heat. Stir in sugar. Add ice cream and stir until melted. Add milk (less if you like it thick, more if you like it thin) and heat until steaming but not boiling. Serve with whipping cream and sprinkles if desired.
