Goes great with tropical green salad!
¼ c pineapple juice
3 T red wine vinegar
¼ c olive oil
fresh ground pepper
salt
Combine ingredients in dressing jar. Cover with lid and shake well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Pour over tropical green salad and toss to coat.
