Reese’s Sundaes

I wasn’t kidding when I talked about eating food straight from the fridge or the freezer, was I? With the summer heat, I go from slush to ice cream to milkshakes to sundaes to pudding to Jell-O. And occasionally I throw in a salad for good measure. Today I present my latest favorite: Reese’s Sundaes. They feature four different shades of brown, sort of like a classy monochromatic outfit. I think I can relate anything to fashion. Or the Brady Bunch. Seriously . . . if you think about it, everything that happens in life can relate to something that happened on an episode of The Brady Bunch. You’re playing catch in the backyard and . . . Oh my nose! Or you are having applesauce for dinner and . . . “porkchops and applesauce”. You are short on your payment . . . The Silver Platters!! Or maybe you’re goofing around in the house and . . . mom always said, “Don’t play ball in the house.” See? Everything relates to The Brady Bunch. If only Carol Brady knew about classy monochromatic outfits back then. Aww, just kidding. I wouldn’t change a thing about The Brady Bunch, wacky outfits and all.

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
Throw a few chopped Reese’s in the bottom of your cup (you know, sort of a surprise for the “big finish” later on), top with ice cream, hot fudge, and more chopped Reese’s.
