A perfect summer snack!
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 7-oz. jar marshmallow crème
zest from one small lime
1 t fresh lime juice
watermelon, cut into long sticks
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add marshmallow crème; mix until well blended. Add lime zest and juice and mix well. Chill. Serve with watermelon fries.
